Registration Info
United Community’s Early Learning Center (ELC) located at Bryant High School is open and accepting applications for spots in the age-based classes on a rolling basis.
At certain points, there may be a waitlist for some age groups, but we will be happy to discuss options with each family affected, if and when that should be necessary.
Step 1: Complete Online
Visit the Procare portal to begin your application online.
Step 2: Print*, Complete, Return
Print*, Complete, and Return the remaining registration forms. These forms must be completed with pen.
Email the completed forms to elc@unitedcommunity.org (subject: Completed Registration Forms – Last Name of Children) or bring the hard copies directly to the Early Learning Center. Please call before hand to notify staff you are coming at 703-765-0909.

The United Community Early Learning Center offers a 10% sibling discount. Eligible parents can contact the ELC for additional information and application help. Subsidies and scholarships are available.
Tuition subsidies are available through Fairfax County’s Office for Children (OFC).
